These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Easy Procure website and platform provided by Easy Procure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Easy Procure", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use the platform only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of data you enter, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally as applicable. Annual plans are billed for ten months in exchange for two months free. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Compliance documents
The platform generates GST e-invoices, e-way bills and related documents through a licensed GSP based on the data you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data (such as GSTINs, HSN codes and place of supply). Easy Procure facilitates document generation but does not provide tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted
Intellectual property
The platform, website and all related materials are owned by Easy Procure and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, and provide support according to your plan. Enterprise plans may include specific service levels set out in a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Procure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
